Michael's Harley-Davidson®Parts Department
Hello! My name is Jeff Rohrbach, and I'm the Parts Department Manager @ Michael's Harley-Davidson. I have been with the dealership since October of 2008.
I have been riding since 2003 and my family has been riding Harley's for over 50 years. My background is in Calculus, Trig, Computer Science and Computer Animation, but in 1999, my life changed forever with a job at a local Harley dealer. I started off washing and detailing those bikes. I'm sure you can imagine the rest.
Stop by and say hello. I am more than happy to help you with all your parts needs. I am the manager of a great group of people that make the Parts Department at MHD function efficiently and smoothly. They're a diverse group of young and old, and they're all engaged for the same purpose: To do our job well, always improve, have fun, and to make sure that our Customers want to come back and do business with us because of US. If there's a problem, let us know, we'll handle it.

Walter Kettler: Walter has been at MHD since November of 1995, and his job is to use his extensive knowledge of HD to get you just the part you need. He does a great job, and he's a goofball when he can be! He does the Redwood Run and Laguna Seca EVERY year, count on it! Walter rides a Buell® M2, and he has Sportster® and Benelli projects in his garage that he enjoys taking his sweet time with. |

Denise Albertini: Denise is our latest asset to the Parts Dept. here at Michael's! As a recruit from Golden Gate Harley in the Summer of 2010, Denise has brought over 7 years of Harley experience to the table. She is working hard behind the scenes to bring the Service and Parts Depts the product and information they need to be successful everyday. Its all about the details with Denise. She gets it right and she'll leave no stone unturned in the path to customer service but she'll make you laugh all along the way! PS: If you want to know anything about Barbra Streisand. . . she's a local expert on that as well! |
