Terry Edick - Service Manager
Ron Magill - Shop Foreman
The Shop Foreman... He has been with Michael's Harley-Davidson since March of 1989, and pretty much anyone who has been around bikes for a while knows and values Ron's expertise. He has over 35 years experience and 20 of those with Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. He owns a Red 86' Wide Glide® that you will see everyday ... rain or shine. Ron is a true Enthusiast!
Kathy Millard - Assistant Manager
She is the Assistant Manager for Service, as well as the warranty manager. She has been with us for since October of 1999. She rides a 2000 Dyna® Super Glide® that she absolutely loves! The best way to describe Kathy is... If anyone can do it, Kathy can! She's just amazing.
Mike Haseltine- Service Advisor
Mike has been an avid motorcyclist for over 40 years. He was a Technician at MHD in 2003-2004 and was Service Manager at Golden Gate Harley-Davidson prior to its demise. His goals are to provide an honest and reliable service experience to all who visit MHD.
Daniel Morales- Technician
Daniel is an MMI grad. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the Michael's Harley-Davidson service department, especially when it comes to electrical work. Daniel has two other passions in his life besides wrenching and those are his two daughter. He has been with our family since December of 2004 and we don't know what we ever did without him.
Jessie Taber- Technician
Jessie has been with Michael's since 2005 and he is the backbone of the service department. Jessie does everything that is needed here at Michael's Harley-Davidson, from setting up motorcycles to servicing them. Jessie rides a 1984 FXR; he has done some customizing to it. His bike is a work in progress, always changing, always improving.
Emigdio- Technician
Emigdio has been with Michael's since 2011. He is an MMI graduate and has over 13 years experience in the motorcycle industry. No job is too big for this technician, so bring it on! When he is not working you will find him bumpin' his tunes on his 2008 Street Glide.
Pete- Technician
Pete had been with Michael's for many years, but we brought him back in September of 2012. He has been working on different motorcycles since 1983 and Harleys since 1992. Pete owns an '83 FXR and an XB12R Buell. His real passion is for racing, as he raced in the AMA Vance & Hines Series on his XR1200.
