Hello! My name is Lloyd Dillion, and I'm the Parts Department Manager @Michael's Harley-Davidson.
I have been with MHD since May of 2000. I work the front counter and then some. I used to own a NAPA store, so I know how to do parts. I have been riding for 35 years. Today I ride a blacked-out, lowered 2003 FLHT. I'll probably have Jimi Hendrix or the Rolling Stones playing on the stereo. So anyway, at present, I am the manager of a great group of people that make the Parts Department at MHD function efficiently and smoothly. They're a diverse group, young and old, and they're all engaged for the same purpose: To do our job well, always improve, have fun, and to make sure that our Customers want to come back and do business with us because of US. If there's a problem, let us know, we'll handle it. Excellent Service = Happy, Lifetime Customers.
HERE'S MY TEAM:
- Walter Kettler: Walter has been at MHD since November of 1995, and his job is to use his extensive knowledge of HD to get you just the part you need. He does a great job, and he's a goofball when he can be! He does the Redwood Run and Laguna Seca EVERY year, count on it! His wife is a belly dancer who adds flavor to more than a few of our events. Walter rides a Buell® M2, and he has Sportster® and Benelli projects in his garage that he enjoys taking his sweet time with.
- Sherri Stewart: Sherri is our Parts to Service coordinator. Anything the tech's need to service your bike ... Sherri has it. She joined our HD family about 6 months ago and absolutly loves her job. Sherri owns a 05' Sporty.
- Kenneth Serrano: Kenneth has been working with HD since 1998 in Parts as well as Service. He currently rides a 1992 FLHTCU. Kenneth prefeers a horse & saddle but motorcycles eat less.
So there you have it. Come on down and pay us a visit! We’ve got your parts hanging right here! You’ll be glad you came. | |
